Member ApplicationIndividuals eligible for membership in the association shall be those actively employed in the field of healthcare engineering and/or maintenance department as designated by the department head or administrator of member institutions. Membership in the association shall become effective upon approval by the active membership of the association, upon submission of a completed application form and receipt by the secretary of the specified dues. Individual membership / sponsorship classifications shall be as follows: Active Voting Member - A person employed in a Healthcare Facility, Facilites Engineering or Planning & Design Department. Associate Member - A person employed in a Healthcare Facility that works outside of Facilities Engineering or Planning and Design. This would include Infection Prevention, Safety, Biomed, Regulatory, Security, Etc. It would also include our AHJ's like the State Fire Marshals, OHFLAC, and other State Healthcare affiliated groups like WVHA, & WVASHRAE. Honorary/ Retiree - A person who is no longer in the Healthcare Field and was a former member (Active or Associate) that would like to stay up on current issues and share their knowledge with the organization. Active Sponsors - Representatives of suppliers, contractors, consulting engineers, and other groups that have a technical knowledge, resource material and a direct interest in the healthcare engineering field. WVSHE DUES / Sponsorship fiscal year, which shall run from June 1 through May 31. |
